Mexican Wild Yams (Dioscorea) contains a high proportion of natural diosgenin. Diosgenin is also referred to in the literature as "natural" progesterone. Our Mexican Wild Yams contains 500 mg of yam root extract per capsule with a natural content of 100 mg of disogenin.
