The vegan alternative to collagen

Collagen is a protein found in many tissues in the body, including skin, bones, tendons and cartilage. It is also the main structural protein in connective tissue (the tissue that connects all other types of tissue in the body) giving it strength and elasticity. It consists of individual long protein chains that are intertwined with each other. These chains are in turn made up of different amino acids, including proline, hydroxyproline and glycine. Important to know: The protein mostly comes from animal sources (usually beef) and is therefore not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Now, with our Beauty Collagen Formula Vegan, there is also a vegan alternative that contains the three building blocks of protein: glycine, proline and a mixture of essential amino acids. In other words, vegan precursors from which the human body can produce collagen itself.

The drink in powder form with a delicious cherry flavor also contains vitamin C, which supports collagen formation in the skin, biotin to support skin and hair, copper to support connective tissue and zinc, which not only supports skin and hair but also protects cells from oxidative stress.

Consumption recommendation
